Fell off

Well it is 5/11 and I have already fallen off the wagon. But I will climb back on. I must keep trying. I was 18 when I first used dip. I thought it was cool, manly, tough. Clint Eastwood did it. Probably my biggest mistake in life.

My first post

I have decided to quit using chewing tobacco. It has become a flat out addiction. I have been addicted/using for 18 years. I've stopped a few times but they never lasted. I am writing a blog to force myself to take this seriously. It has always been: "I'll quit on my birthday." "I'll quit on Thanksgiving. It will make Thanksgiving more special." "I'll quit after St. Patricks Day. I'll have one last blowout." But, I am usually back at it with a new day to quit. You know what they say about good intentions. Today, I act.
